step-by-step process
1) Download new Indian rupee symbol font. Click here
2) Go to control panel > fonts. Copy paste the downloaded file.
3) Now Open new Note pad or Word doc.
4) Select font > select as Rupee font
5) Now press the button which is above the ‘TAB’ key.
the symbol is now on your screen!
